T25: Week 1 Grocery List, Meal Plan, && Recipes!

As many of you know, this month of August I am hosting a 4 week fitness challenge that includes two options: T25 or free body weight exercises. I cannot begin to tell you just how excited I am to get this fitness challenge underway!

Many of you purchased the T25 Challenge Pack from me that came with the T25 workout program and one months supply of Shakeology. What I love about these challenge packs is that the workout program's nutrition guide already incorporates your use of Shakeology. This in turn makes your nutrition and workouts one cohesive program that allows you for the most optimal results! Because many of you just recently placed your orders and won't be getting your T25 in before the first day of the challenge, I have decided to go ahead and post the first week's meal plan for yall. I have also decided to compile a grocery least, recipe list with nutritional info, and a weekly calendar with the meal plan on it just so you all have the most information available and can go ahead and plan and prepare for when your T25 program comes in!

This will be the only time I publicly post the meal plan, grocery list, and recipes for everyone to view. My rationale for this is based on a couple reasons:
  1. I only want to share this info with those who spent the money to purchase the program from me. Hey, its an investment and because of this, those who purchased the program for me and received me as their coach should get those benefits that come with that.
  2. I have to compile the grocery lists and subsequent meal plans and calendars myself - on my own time. The T25 program is really versatile and allows you to choose your own meals for your own tastes based on a compilation of healthy recipes suitable for their program. While they give you the recipes and all the information you need, they dont have a set calendar meal plan. Because I have always been really big on meal prep and planning, I will be incorporating that into my T25 program/challenge I am offering. Therefore, I will be spending a lot of my personal time creating these meal plans, grocery lists, and recipe lists from the T25 nutrition guide. To give ya'll an idea - it took me 4 hours just to compile all of the information I have posted here. Thats just one week, guys. I don't mind spending my time doing this because its beneficial to even myself, but again, in accordance with my first reason, only those who purchased the program from me should receive these free advantages.
For those of you who purchased the T25 program from me for the August Challenge, check back every week for the upcoming week's meal plan, grocery list, and recipe list with nutritional info.  I am going to do my best to just figure it all out and draft everything at once, but given my very limited free time, this will likely have to be done over a few days.

For those of you who have been unsure whether to purchase the T25 program, were unable to afford it at this time, or are interested in purchasing the program, feel free to download and browse through the grocery list, recipe list, and meal plan to get an idea of what the nutrition part of the T25 program (and August Challenge) is like.

My intention with the future weekly meal plans, grocery lists, and recipes is to make it more manageable to do in one evening for meal prep.....meaning, I want to pick a few recipes that get utilized throughout the week so that there aren't so many things to buy and prep. I prefer buying in bulk (to save money) and find recipes that don't take much time (which is easy if you buy in bulk), I will be trying to simplify the upcoming week's meal plans, grocery lists, and recipes by utilizing the T25 nutrition guide and modifying it. For me, less is more; simple is better.
